Touring Caravan & Camp Site
Our touring caravan site at Manor Farm Lakes is situated in the heart of the complex. The site is fully grassed and has ample space for 17 vans with awnings and includes electric hookups. Tap water is available from 4 stand pipes as well as an area to empty chemical toilets. The caravan site has a small toilet block giving ladies/gents/disabled toilet facilities as well as a shower.
Our price allows a caravan/motorhome plus a small tent per pitch for up to 2 adults and 2 children only. Or for camping, 2 small tents per pitch for up to 2 adults and 2 children only. Permission is required by us for any additional occupants of caravans or tents – please email us your request to admin@manorfarmlakes.com.
We reserve the right, if not fishing on site with our permission, to refuse any booking – our permission to fish can be refused.
Fishing is available on site at a discounted rate for caravanners/ motorhomers/ tenters. Please apply our discount code CARAVAN to your online fishing bookings to receive your £2 concession.
Your caravan/tent and your car must be parked within your pitch. No cars to move onto or off site after 9pm. Late entry parking is available as signposted. We do not allow Transit vans/flatbeds or any drop off bookings.
We allow one Day visitor per booked adult, with all Day ticket visitors vacating site before 9pm. We do not allow any additional overnight visitor tickets on our caravan site.
As our Fishery is naturally an extremely quiet environment please do keep in mind that any noise must be kept at a low volume so as not to be a disturbance to our Anglers on the nearby Lakes and music must be turned off at dusk.
Due to the close proximity of water young children must be kept under strict supervision by responsible adults. Dogs are permitted for those people staying in the caravan site but MUST be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES. Dogs are NOT allowed around our lakes but can be walked on the nearby Common, access is at the top end of Blunham Lake.
